Ytech Obtains $565 Million Loan to Fund Brickell Residences Project
Ytech Secures $565M in Construction Financing for The Residences at 1428 Brickell
Ytech has secured $565 million in construction financing for its prestigious project, The Residences at 1428 Brickell. The 70-story residential condominium tower, already under active construction, has reached a significant milestone by selling more than 60 percent of its units.
The financing includes a senior loan from J.P. Morgan and a junior loan from Sculptor Real Estate. The transaction was arranged by Melissa Rose and Brian Gaswirth of JLL Capital Markets, who represented the borrower.
Located in the heart of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, The Residences at 1428 Brickell will feature 195 luxury homes, with prices ranging from $4.4 million to $10 million. These residences will vary in size from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet, emphasizing spacious and upscale living.
At the top of the tower, 850 feet above ground level, residents will enjoy over 80,000 square feet of private, resident-only amenities offering expansive panoramic water views. The amenity spaces will include three swimming pools—one of which is situated at the building’s summit—a 10,000-square-foot fitness center, and a two-story wine and fine art lounge.
The Residences at 1428 Brickell promises an elevated living experience in one of Miami’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
