Ytech secured $565 million in construction financing for The Residences at 1428 Brickell. Over 60% of units at the 70-story residential condo building have already sold.

Melissa Rose and Brian Gaswirth of JLL Capital Markets represented the borrower, while J.P. Morgan provided financing and Sculptor Real Estate served as junior lender for the development.

Prices for the fully-furnished condos at 1428 Brickell begin at $2 million and top out around $7 million. A $60 million penthouse occupies the tower’s top floor.
