South Florida is seeing high interest in ultra-luxury residential projects. One project, Brickell’s first high-rise residential tower partially powered by the sun, is seeing so much demand that it’s now converted its reservations to contracts after a short amount of time.

“Buyers are gravitating toward developments that offer vast amenity spaces they do not have to share with hotel guests that feature a wide variety of high-end amenities, such as expansive wine lounges, immersive wellness spaces equipped with highly personalized concierge services, and family-friendly common areas for all to enjoy,” said Yamal Yidios CEO of Miami-based real estate development firm Ytech.

The Residences at 1428 Brickell, a 70-story, 189-residence development by Ytech, is to be partially powered by solar energy, and it was recently approved by the Urban Development Review Board so the developer can seek permits to start construction.
