Ytech and The Residences at 1428 Brickell open the doors of a first-of-its-kind experiential sales gallery at Brickell’s historic Nolan House today. Led by CEO Yamal Yidios, the firm has invested over $20 million into the acquisition and revitalization of the historic property, breathing new life into one of the last remaining mansions on Brickell’s iconic Millionaire’s Row.
Located at 1548 Brickell Avenue, Nolan House has been transformed by Ytech into an immersive experience that honors Millionaire’s Row while showcasing the developer’s dedication to providing an exceptional living experience for future residents of the property.
“We are committed to delivering superior design, exceptional craftsmanship, and innovation that has a profound impact on the quality of our residents’ lives,” said Yamal Yidios, CEO of Ytech. “Our sales gallery exemplifies this commitment, offering a fresh and distinctive approach where guests are warmly welcomed into a relaxed and ultra-luxurious immersive environment.”
Overlooking historically protected Royal Poinciana and Orange Geiger trees, a refined and luxurious entrance welcomes guests into the private estate where they can explore a museum-inspired experience on the ground floor. There, they can understand the significance and impact of the project through an innovative suspended model of the city of Miami, an ultra-high definition 180-degree cinema room, a series of interactive displays on the visionaries, philosophies, artists, and craftsmen, and innovation behind the project, and a scale model of the building where they can visualize the architecture and amenities.
On the second level, guests will enter the gallery’s pièce de résistance, the “Home,” a stunning and realistic representation of the design and craftsmanship of a residence where they can understand the fit, finish, and lifestyle possible at the property, including views. The “Home” features a 150-linear-foot LED screen to showcase views from various levels from sunrise to sunset, a Rimadesio glass-enclosed Arclinea kitchen, an expansive great room, a solid oak closet, and a primary bathroom featuring dual vanities and a spa-like wet area.
The masterfully designed space by ACPV ARCHITECTS showcases the same materials, craftsmanship, and attention to detail which will appear in the completed tower and was hand selected by Ytech’s highly skilled design team.
“Much like the design of the tower’s interiors, we created a quiet, assured luxury with the furniture, materials, textures, and colors which envelope guests in sophistication from the moment they arrive at the sales gallery,” said Patricia Viel, CEO of ACPV ARCHITECTS.
The Residences at 1428 Brickell will be a 70-story, iconic centerpiece of the quintessential Miami skyline located at one of the most prestigious addresses on Miami’s Brickell Avenue and is expected to be completed in 2027.
