The concept for The Residences at 1428 Brickell was developed based on research gathered from more than 250 luxury residential and hotel properties globally and interviews with three dozen renowned architects and designers. As a result, the property was crafted with the owner’s experience and privacy at the forefront of every decision, making The Residences at 1428 Brickell not only beautiful to behold but ideal to live in.

The Residences at 1428 Brickell is a labor of passion – created for you, the resident, to live the best life possible. Architects, designers, engineers, fabricators, artisans, and artists have poured heart and soul into the project, developing new ideas, challenging accepted standards, and creating innovative solutions with endless iterations and refinements across many years. We were inspired by the private estate and designed The Residences at 1428 Brickell to be understated, private, and personal.

The Residences at 1428 Brickell was created for the individual who values privacy, cherishes peace, and desires to be in the heart of a city as vibrant as Miami. In this urban sanctuary, residents transcend everyday constraints and discover a profound and lasting sense of wellbeing.

Discrete and impeccably serviced, yet warmly welcoming, arrival home begins in a porte cochère with a 24/7 staffed guard house. A valet tends to your vehicle while a porter assists with packages.

Engineering and Innovation

The Residences at 1428 Brickell is the world’s first high-rise residential tower powered in part by the sun. Photovoltaic glazing is deftly blended into the building’s 70-story façade. This solar energy feature represents the importance placed on sustainability and carbon reduction. Five hundred photovoltaic-integrated windows along the west-facing façade, create a “Solar Backbone” comprising nearly 20,000 square feet of energy-producing glass.

Craftsmanship and Superior Design

There is a gap between the level of craftsmanship and design currently available in Brickell’s luxury residential high-rise market and what the most discerning buyers expect. This created the opportunity for Ytech to differentiate The Residences at 1428 Brickell in a visible, meaningful, and sustained way, ultimately delivering a leap in value to buyers through innovation, craftsmanship, and superior design.

Founded in 1925 in Caldogno, Italy, Arclinea is where cuisine and conviviality, the ancestral elements of fire and water, high-performance materials and cutting-edge technologies, become one. Over decades working in creative partnership with Antonio Citterio, Arclinea has produced not only accessories and furnishings, but new architectures for living.

Founded in Rapolano, Italy over a century ago, Vaselli continues an ancient tradition dating back to the Etruscans. The expert craftsmen working for Vaselli not only use marble from all over Italy and the rest of the world, but also wood and metal, providing contemporary interior design with an artisan, tailor-made approach that requires innovation, not just technology.

The first company in the furniture and finishes industry to become 100-percent powered by solar energy, Italian firm Rimadesio produces doors, enclosures, and systems for sub-dividing environments and for the architectural definition of interiors.

Antolini, based in Verona, Italy, is the world leader in natural stone production and at the absolute forefront of the industry. The company, founded by Luigi Antolini in 1956 and active today on a global scale, offers a wide selection of materials known for their exotic colors, finishes, and patterns.

Salvatori is an award-winning Italian design company specializing in natural stone. Salvatori fuses old-fashioned craftsmanship with contemporary design. From innovative textures for walls and floors to bathroom items and products for the home such as tables, lighting, and accessories, it is considered by many as the benchmark in the “design meets natural stone” field.

Founded in 1983 by Nerio Alessandri and headquartered in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, Technogym is “The Wellness Company” – an enterprise that has developed the concept of “fitness” into a true lifestyle.

Established in 1683 in the Black Forest region of south-west Germany by German aristocrat Louis William, Margrave of Baden-Baden, Gaggenau is an internationally renowned manufacturer of premier home appliances.

Founded in 1967 in the Veneto region of Italy, Pibamarmi promotes radical innovation in natural stone products, creating create unique collections of bathroom elements, furniture, and architectural surfaces.

Founded in 1993 by Hervé Descottes, L’Observatoire International provides lighting design and art direction to a range of spatial expressions including cultural institutions, large-scale public spaces, and luxury commercial properties.
