Located at 1548 Brickell Avenue, this almost 100-year-old neoclassical mansion was purchased by Ytech in 2020 and renovated to give visitors the opportunity to see, feel, and understand the vision for the Residences at 1428 Brickell in a prestigious, comfortable, and luxurious setting.
Nolan House is one of the last few standing historical mansions on Brickell Avenue. It sits just two blocks South of the future home of The Residences at 1428 Brickell. While preserving the exterior to maintain its historical integrity, we completely renovated the interior. Our goal was to create a space that embodies a remarkable combination of architecture, craftsmanship, and innovative technology while leaving a memorable impression on everyone who visits.
